For Omnicom Media Group we are looking for a new HR Director to support the continuing development and growth. The position as HR Director – includes being a strongly and close strategic sparring partner to the management team, among other things employer branding, internal and external education/training, talent development, recruitment, employee engagement, and support/sparring on employer law. The position includes also ongoing sparring with middle managers concerning recruitment and development plans.

Overall responsibility

Responsibilities and tasks will primarily, but not exhaustively, include:
• Business development and sparring with the management team and middle managers
• Implementing new international HR platforms (SAP/Greenhouse)
• An overall responsibility for the entire HR wheel
• Employer branding – retention and attracting talent
• Competency development programs, training and development plans
• Initiate HR projects to ensure employer well-being and engagement in OMG
• Sparring partner in employment law and ensure that we make well-considered decisions in accordance with legislation (funktionærloven)
About you
Professionally:
• Most likely you hold a M.Sc. (in HRM, psychology or similar)
• You have min. 3-4 years of experience from a HR strategic and business development role
• Preferably you have experience with professional services, a technology-driven organization, or consulting business
• You are used to working together with specialists from many different fields
• You might already be experienced in implementing new HR platforms
